This bulb type iris that originates from Iran. They are generally considered difficult to grow in the landscape and are not found much in the United States

Juno iris flowers have standards that grow out horizontally and may droop down below the falls. They have multiple blooms on top of 12 to 24 inch stems.

The species, Iris bucharica is sometimes grown in rock gardens. It has white and yellow flowers. I. graeheriana has mauve to cobalt blue flowers while I. magnifica is pale lavender with orange accents. I. sindjarensis bears pale blue flowers with a narrow yellow midrib and pleasant fragrance.
