Hosta 'Bluetini'

This fast growing cultivar is a hybrid of a golden yellow hybrid of H. 'Blue Dimples' × H. 'Shining Tot' which was registered by Mark Zilis of Illinois in 2009. The foliage is medium blue-green, slightly rippled, ovate, slightly wavy and slightly glaoucous on top. Pale purple, tubular flower bloom from mid-August into September.

From the Field Guide to Hostas by Mark Zilis (2014), "Other cultivars introduced from the same cross include 'Appletini', 'Azuretini' (blue), 'Bluetini' (blue), 'Bubbatini' (blue), 'Limetini' (gold in spring, then green), 'Martini' (medium green) and 'Saketini' (oddly colored leaves and closed flowers)."
