A fast growing hybrid of H. venusta x H. 'Dorset Blue', this cultivar was registered by Tony Avent of Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina in 2005. The small size mound reaches only 10 inches in height and spreads to 26 inches wide with ovate shaped, smooth textured leaves. Its pale purple flowers bloom from late July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...offers the best traits of its parents i.e., rich blue foliage color...and a small size mound size and good growth rate..."
