One of the primary activities of
The American Hosta Society is the annual National Convention. These have been
held at a wide variety of locations throughout
much of the United
States. Generally, a local or state hosta society acts as host of
the Convention. Activities include presentation of awards, a cut
leaf show, tours of local gardens both private and public, the hosta
auction, business meeting, educational sessions, vendors room and
other activities pertinent to the local area.
