Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina
introduced this cross of an H. 'Beatrice' seedling x H. 'Blue Umbrellas'. It was registered in 2000.     The plant
grows into a large size clump about 18 inches in height and spreads out about 44
							inches
in width. The yellow marginal variegation changes to creamy white later in the
season. Its leaves are moderately corrugated and have a light
coating of wax. The pale purple flowers are borne in July into
August on scapes that rise to 40 inches in height.

				 According to

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...offers impressive,
white-margined foliage, an attractive mound habit, and a
vigorous growth rate, making it an ideal choice for landscape
				usage."

The New Encyclopedia of Hostas by
				Diana
Grenfell (2009) states: "A vigorous, slow to moderate grower...Makes a
superb border plant when accentuated by accompanying
							contrasting lacy foliage."
