This is an example of where there can be confusion in hosta names. There are 3 cultivars which have very similar names including H. 'Green Sleeves', H. 'Green Sleeve' and H. 'Greensleeves'. According to the rules, H. 'Greensleeves' is the acceptable name since it has been registered with The American Hosta Society. The other two names are too similar and need to be changed. On a Google search of this name, most of the returns were actually for H. 'Greensleeves'.  Confusing?
