Oval, rounded canopy.
40 to 50 feet tall.
Alternate, simple, linear-lanceolate, 2 to 4” long, 1/3 to 3/5” wide. Emerge as bright green and then turn to dark green.
More drought tolerant than most willows.
'Golden Curls' - Shrub or small tree with golden stems that are somewhat curled.
'Navajo' - 20 foot tall, round top tree.
'Pendula' - Pendulous branches.
'Scarlet Curls' - Red stems in the winter and curled leaves.
'Snake' - Contorted branches.
