Hosta 'Summer Serenade'
 

A sport of H. 'Piedmont Gold', this cultivar was registered by Roy Klehm of Illinois in 1998. The mound is 2 feet tall and 5 feet wide with slightly wavy, slightly corrugated foliage of thick substance. Its near white flowers bloom starting in late June.

According to The Hosta Handbook by Mark Zilis (2000), "...a good substitute for 'Borwick Beauty' ('Color Glory'), 'DuPage Delight'..."
