Registered as a
open-pollinated seedling by
Bob Kuk of Kuk's Forest in Ohio in
1988, this large size (21 inches
high) mound of light green hosta has dark lavender flowers in July. The
leaves are ovate shaped, slightly corrugated with above average substance. It
has long, curved leaf tips.
According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "This should be considered one of
Bob Kuk's classic cultivars. It becomes a wide-spreading mound and bears its
flowers in neat proportion to the foliage."
