Hosta 'Regal Ruffles'

This hybrid of H. 'Ruffles' × H. 'Sieboldiana' was registered by Eldren Minks of Minnesota in 1980. The giant size plant grows to about 30 inches high by 75 inches wide. Its moderately rippled, medium green foliage has moderate corrugation and thick substance. The near white flowers bear blooms in dense clusters.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...has not achieved the popularity that it deserves. In the garden, it forms a magnificent, wide mound of neatly rippled foliage."
