Hosta 'Lady Tessa'

 

Registered by Charles Kwick of Wisconsin in 2018, this medium size (17 inches high by 30 inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Sum of All' × H. 'Stained Glass'. The golden-yellow leaves are broadly ovate, slightly folded, heavily corrugated and dull on top. Pale lavender flowers bloom from late June into July on scapes 16 to 20 inches tall.

The registration materials state: "...Heavily corrugated leaves that turn more gold as the season progresses...Gold color intensifies throughout the season..."
