A seedling of H. 'Reptilian' from Rick Sawyer of Maine, this cultivar forms a large size (20 inches  high by 36 inches wide) mound of blue-green foliage with thick substance. The leaves are heavily rippled and change to dark green by later in the summer. It bears pale lavender flowers in July.
