Sometimes mislabeled as 'Bold Out of the Blue', this cultivar is a sport of H. 'Blue Boy' which was developed by Walters Gardens, Inc. of Michigan but is not registered. It has blue-green foliage with a yellow marginal variegation. The mound is medium in size and it bears pale lavender flowers in July.
