This cultivar of unidentified parentage is a non-registered cultivar from Russ O'Harra. It forms a mound of dark green foliage with a creamy white medial (center) variegation. In 1987, 'Bobbin' won the Savory Shield Award as the best new seedling or sport in a National Convention of The American Hosta Society tour garden.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "This plant is the same as 'Masquerade'."
