This is one of those cases where there are two hostas with the same name. One is registered (shown above) and, therefore, the "official" version of H. 'Blind Date' while the other is a non-registered plant.
 

This large size plant (20 inches high) is a hybrid of H. 'Dorothy Benedict' × an unnamed seedling which was registered in 2011 by Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio. It has light green foliage with a pale yellow marginal variegation. The leaves are slightly rippled, wavy, dull on top and broadly ovate in form with a flat base. Near white, tubular flowers bloom from June into July.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), this is a non-registered cultivar of unidentified parentage from Bill Meyer of New Jersey. From a photo on the Hosta Library, it appears to be a large size, blue-green hosta with creamy yellow to white streaked variegation.
