This fast growing medium size (12 inches high by 24 inches wide) cultivar is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Red October' which was originated by Walters Gardens, Inc. of Michigan and registered by Amy Bergeron of Michigan in 2008. The grayish green foliage has a white marginal variegation. Its leaves are lanceolate, slightly wavy and dull on top. Pale purple, tubular flowers bloom from mid-August into September.
