this fast growing, upright cultivar is an
open-pollinated seedling of H. 'King Lizard'. It
is a large size plant growing to about 20 inches in
height by 48 inches in width with slightly blue-green
foliage. The leaves are heavily rippled, very thick,
deeply wavy and heavily corrugated. Near white flowers
bloom from late June into July on scapes 36 to 40 inches
tall. The seeds are viable. The
registration materials state: "Large clump of
thick, heavily textured and rippled leaves that look
like a reptile." |
