Ah, Sissinghurst. I have been there three times and hope to visit more in the future. In many ways, this is what I think of when I idealize the English Garden. One visit was on a miserable, cold, rainy day in May. Another was on a warm, sunny July day. The third was a warm, yet rainy day in mid-summer. I loved all three visits.
