Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan registered this hybrid of H. 'William Lachman' × H. 'Elatior' in 2001. It forms a large size plant with and upright form. The green foliage has yellow to white colored marginal variegation. Near white flowers bloom from mid-July into August.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...registered as having yellow-edged foliage, by late summer the margins turn to a crisp, clear white color."
