Dr. Dick and Jane Ward of Ohio registered this cultivar of unidentified parentage in 1998. This large,
semi-upright mound grows to 27 inches high by 56 inches wide
with leaves that have wavy margins and deeply lobed bases. The
near white flowers bloom in August.
According to
The Hosta Handbook by Mark Zilis (2000), "...flowers produced in
August on tall scapes point to an 'Elatior' or 'Sagae' background."
