This cultivar of unidentified parentage was registered by
Fleeta Brownell Woodroffe of Iowa in 1972. This large size mound grows to about 20 inches in height with a
spread of 44 inches. The foliage is ovate, moderately
corrugated, wavy and sometimes cupped. Pale lavender flowers
bloom in July. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...it shows both
H. 'Sieboldiana'
and 'Elatior' characteristics."
