Tony Avent of
Plant Delights Nursery in North Carolina
registered this cross
of H. 'Swoosh' × H. 'Tardiflora' in 1995. It forms a 13 inch
high mound that spreads about 43 inches in width. The leaves are
narrowly ovate, moderately wavy with smooth texture. Its
lavender flowers bloom in August.
The Book of
Little Hostas (2010) says: "A larger plant that
needs space to achieve its potential. Ideal for the back of a larger raised bed
and in the woodland garden."
