Franc Freeman of Iowa registered this upright growing hybrid of H. 'Midnight Ride' × an unnamed hosta in 2011. It is a medium size (14 inches high by 30 inches wide) plant with very dark green foliage. The leaves are very shiny on top, cordate and cupped. Medium lavender, tubular flowers bloom from June into July. It sets viable seeds.
