This cultivar is a seedling of a hosta called "Hadrava Seedling RS-BS" which was registered in 2000 by Jerry Hadrava of Iowa. The medium size hosta has dark green foliage with a "brassy" gold colored marginal variegation. Pale purple flowers bloom in July.
