Originated by
Hans Hansen of
Walters Gardens,
Inc. of Michigan, this cultivar was registered in
2021
as a seedling of (unnamed streaked hybrid x H.
‘Halcyon’) × H. 'Elatior'. It is an upright,
medium size (17 inches high by
38 inches wide) hosta with blue-green with intermediate
green streaks foliage that has creamy yellow medial
(center) variegation. The
ovate to broadly ovate leaves are slightly cupped and
slightly folded. Its near white, tubular flowers bloom
from June into July and set non-viable seed.
According to the Registration materials: "Symmetrical, upright display
of thick tri-colored leaves with erect flower scapes
that are nicely proportional to the clump size...yellow
centers mature to creamy white...occasionally, a pod
will have streaking with some variegated seedling s..."
