Registered by
Dr. Doug Beilstein of Ohio in
2017, this
cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Quill'. It is a
small size hosta about 10 inches high and 20 inches wide
with bright chartreuse to yellow foliage. The leaves are
wavy along the edges and they come to a twisted point at the
tip. Medium purple flowers bloom in July on scapes
around 30 inches tall. It has a low seed set and the
viability of the seeds was unknown at the time of
registration. The
registration materials state: "...Fun little hosta
emerges green and morphs to a light yellow (lemon)
color. Tight clump of elliptical, ripple edged leaves.
Numerous scapes pop up with 2" medium lavender flowers
but few pods form. Slightest breeze and the leaves wavy
at you!...Emerges light green before turning yellow..."
