The result of a cross of H. 'Lakeside Knickknack' × a
seedling, this cultivar was registered in 2005 by
Mary Chastain of
Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee.
It is a miniature size hosta which grows only about 3 inches tall by 9 inches
wide. The pale lavender
flowers re-bloom throughout the summer.
The Book of Little Hostas by Kathy and Michael Shadrack
(2010) says: "A little hosta that will grow anywhere in good light
but with an unusual color combination that makes it an excellent plant for the
trough, tray, or deck box. With the right amount of sunshine, it will rebloom
several times during the season."
