This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Mary Chastain of Lakeside Acres Nursery in Tennessee, this non-registered cultivar is a sport of H. 'Lakeside Baby Face'. A small size (8 inches high) plant, it has leaves that are medium to dark green with white streaked variegation. It has pale purple flowers in July.

When this cultivar "stabilizes" from a streaked form, it becomes H. 'Mini Face'.
