this fast growing, large size (26 inches high by 46
inches wide) cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Elatior'.
It has intensely blue-green foliage that is slightly
wavy, corrugated, broadly ovate and slightly shiny on
top. Near white flowers bloom from mid-July into August
on scapes up to 26 inches tall. It sets viable seeds. The
registration materials state: "...Large, upright
mound."
The
cultivar is named for a long-time member and volunteer
for the Black Swamp Hosta and Daylily Society.
