This cultivar was listed on the MyHostas Database website. Originated by Danny Van Eechaute of Belgium, this non-registered cultivar is a fast growing, all-green sport of H. 'Needlepoint'. It is a small size hosta about 7 inches high by 10 inches wide. The foliage is broadly ovate, slightly wavy and dull on top. It bears deep purple, tubular flowers with white stripes that bloom from July into August.
