 This medium size (15
inches high by 25 inches wide) sport of H. 'Fragrant King' is
from
Jan van den Top in the
Netherlands and was registered in 2008 by
Danny Van Eechaute . It was also granted a U.S. patent in 2008. The foliage is
dark green with a pure white marginal variegation
which starts the season creamy white. Its leaves are slightly wavy, broadly ovate and dull on top. The
white, very fragrant, tubular shaped flowers bloom
from mid-July into August on scapes up to
29 inches tall.
