This H. 'Elatior'-type plant was registered by
Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2002 on behalf of the originator,
							Ken Knechtel of
Canada . It becomes a giant
size plant (39 inches tall by 80 inches wide) with a
semi-upright form and light green foliage. The leaves have
smooth texture and thick substance. Pale lavender flowers bloom
from late July into August on extremely tall scapes. According to

The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...becomes a massive mound of foliage that can serve as
the focal point of any shaded garden. If the incredibly huge,
semi-upright mound of foliage is not impressive enough, the
flower stalks that reach nearly eight feet high in the summer
may garner your attention...The original name for this plant was
				'Rainforest', but...that name was disallowed..."
