6 to 12 feet tall and less in spread.
Pink buds with white flowers borne on cymes 2 to 4 inches in diameter.
January to February in the South.
Opposite, simple, evergreen, narrowly ovate to oblong, 11/2 to 4” long, 3/4 to 11/2” wide. Evergreen. Lustrous, dark green leaves.
Metallic blue drupes that change to black.
