Rounded, compact, dense shrub.
5 to 6 feet tall with a wider spread.
Creamy white borne in flat-topped cymes about 2 to 5 inches wide.
Opposite, simple, elliptic or ovate to oblong, 1 1/2 to 3 1/2” long, 3/4 to 2 1/4” wide. Dull dark green on top but nearly glabrous on the bottom.
Orange-red to purplish autumn foliage.
Red-black fruit and very showy.
