Partial shade and
moist soil are the best growing conditions. Full
sun is suitable in regions with cool summers.
The soil should be amended with compost and a
mulch applied to retain soil moisture. Native
Lobelia is found along streams or damp meadows. |

- 'Alba' - White flowers, 2-3 feet tall. It should be
grown from cuttings for true white colors.
- 'Heather Pink' - Soft pink flowers highlight this
cultivar that is similar to the species in all
other areas.
