Kitaibelia vitifolia Russian Hibiscus   Southeast Europe Perennial of damp thickets and grasslands. Up to 9 feet tall. White, 5 petaled flowers are borne singly or in a few flowered axillary cymes. The fruits are organized into a globose head rather than in a single plane.
