stripes. No fragrance.

large double scarlet flowers, good heat
resistance.
- Knight Series - compact, 12 inches
tall and very strong stems that need no support.
Colors include crimson, orange, scarlet, white, yellow and mixed.
- 'Peach Delight' - Light pink flowers, 2-3 feet tall.
- 'Red Riding
Hood' - Large, 3 inch wide red flowers - 4-6 inches tall and 15 inches wide.
- 'Scarlet Luminette' - bright scarlet
flowers are double and held on 24 inch tall stems.
- 'Stripes and Picotees' - A mixture with striped and
picotee flowers. 2 inches wide, with a height of 18
inches.

This plant looks
like the Carnations that you buy at the
greenhouse. With longer stems, it tends to fall
over in the garden so it is often used in
cutting gardens where it can be supported by
string or wire lines attached to stakes. |
