Berteroa incana Hoary Alyssum aka Hoary Alison, Hoary False Alyssum Europe Weed of dry, sandy or gravelly waste lands.     Long flowering season from spring to fall. The gray-green coloration is due to the presence of star-shaped pubescence. This leads to the common name of "hoary" which is a direct translation of the specific epithet, incana.
