According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...a plant reputed to be a larger version of 'Sitting
Pretty' has been dubbed 'Standing Pretty'..."
We have been unable to
find any information about 'Standing Pretty' but here is
the information we have on 'Sitting Pretty'.
It grows into a small size hosta about 8
inches high and 18 inches wide with dark green foliage that has
a yellow medial (center) variegation. The leaves are slightly rippled
and mildly corrugated. Its medium purple flowers bloom in July
on 12 inch tall scapes followed by viable seeds.
So, we would assume that
this cultivar may reach a medium size according to Zilis. |
