Registered by Alex Malloy of New York in 1997, this cultivar is a seedling of H. 'Flamboyant'. It is a medium size plant that grows to about 12 inches in height with a spread of 32 inches. The leaves are medium green with an olive green marginal variegation. Its foliage is broadly ovate, wavy and shiny on the bottom. Medium purple flowers bloom in July.
