A sport of H. 'June Moon', this
non-registered cultivar is from
Van
Wade of Wade and Gatton Nursery (Closed 2019) of Ohio. It forms a medium to large size mound that grows up to
22 inches in height with a spread of 42 inches. The foliage is
heavily corrugated and have thick substance. It bears near white
flowers in late June. According to
The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...formerly known as 'Gold June Moon'."
I am not sure but this might be part of the "American Indian Series" of hostas from
Van Wade.
