Hosta 'Sea Gull'

This cultivar of unidentified parentage is part of the "Sea Series" of hostas from Mildred Seaver who registered it in 2004. It grows to about 10 inches in height with a spread of around 24 inches. The medium to dark green foliage has a narrow white marginal variegation. Its leaves are slightly wavy and have thin substance. Pure white flowers bloom from late August into September.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...no doubt a descendant of H. sieboldii and almost identical to 'Louisa'."
