Jerry Hadrava of Iowa registered this hybrid of seedlings "Hadrava Seedling RD-BS-1" x "Hadrava Seedling RD-BSS-5" in 1999. This miniature size (5 inches high by 18 inches wide) hosta with green foliage that has a narrow, white marginal variegation. The leaves are heavily rippled, narrowly elliptic and have thin substance. Near white flowers bloom from July into August.
