A hybrid of H. 'PeeDee Gold Flash' × H. 'Krossa Regal', this cultivar was registered in 1996 by Ursula Syre-Herz of South Carolina. The plant grows into a medium size hosta around 13 inches in height with gold foliage. Its purple flowers bloom in August and September. This cultivar is part of the "PeeDee Series" of hostas.
