Registered by Gary Myers
of Wisconsin in
2018,
this fast growing cultivar is a miniature to small size
(6 inches high by 10 inches wide) seedling of H. 'Allegan
Fog'. The foliage is light yellow-green with brilliant
yellow-green flecks and streaked variegation. It is lanceolate, moderately folded and dull on top with
slightly upright petioles which are slightly longer than
the leaf blade. The plant had not been observed in
flower at the time of registration of the 5 year old
clump.
The registration materials state: "...Dense,
miniature clump of mostly light colored, streaky
leaves...streaks/flecks gradually increase until leaf is
generally light-green all over." |
