Hosta 'Itasca'

This sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina' was registered by Arthur Johnson of Minnesota in 1974. It is a medium size (12 inches high) hosta with green foliage that has cream and white streaked variegation. Pale lavender flowers bloom from July into August on scapes 15 inches high.

According to The Hostapedia by Mark Zilis (2009), "...no longer exists...one of the first sports registered with The American Hosta Society. "
