One of several hybrids of H. 'Sea Prize' × H. hypoleuca from Dr. Ed Elslager of Michigan, this cultivar was registered in 2003. It is a medium size plant with green foliage that has a gold marginal variegation. The leaves are deeply veined, slightly shiny and moderately wavy. Pale lavender flowers bloom from mid-July into August.
