Hosta 'Heliarc'

Registered in 1986 by Bob Kuk of Kuk's Forest in Ohio, this plant is a sport of H. 'Fortunei Hyacinthina'. It forms a large size (23 inches high) mound of light green foliage with a greenish yellow marginal variegation. Pale lavender flowers are borne from late July into August.

A Google search of the name Heliarc reveals that it is some type of welding equipment.
