Peter Ruh of Ohio registered this cultivar in 2002. It is a tissue culture sport of H. 'Gold Edger' from Mark Zilis of Illinois which grows into a medium size hosta about 12 inches high with a spread of 30 inches. The leaves are blue-green to dark green with white marginal variegation. Lavender flowers bloom from late June into July.
