A sport of H. 'Golden Nugget', this cultivar was registered by Peter Ruh of Ohio in 2002 on behalf of the originator, Alex Summers of Delaware. It is a blue-green plant with a gold margin that experiences a slight amount of spring desiccation like others of this kind. The leaves are moderately cupped and heavily corrugated. Its near-white flowers bloom in clusters in July.
